By using Let West Properties, you agree that all services, fees and instructions will be confirmed before any work begins. Our services may include lettings, tenant find, rent collection, property management, short lets and property sales.

All property details must be accurate and provided by the landlord, seller or property owner. Landlords and sellers remain responsible for ensuring their property meets all legal, safety and compliance requirements.

Fees, VAT and any third-party costs will be explained clearly before proceeding. Tenant payments will only be requested where legally permitted.

Let West Properties aims to provide a professional and reliable service, but we are not responsible for delays, incorrect information provided to us, third-party issues or matters outside our control.

Complaints can be sent to lettings@letwestproperties.co.uk. Our redress scheme and client money protection details will be displayed once confirmed.
