Tenant Find / Lettings Only

Our tenant find and lettings only service is 7%. This is ideal for landlords who want help finding suitable tenants while managing the property themselves.

This service can include property marketing, tenant enquiries, viewings and support with getting the property let.

Rent Collection

Our rent collection service is 7%. This is suitable for landlords who want assistance with collecting rent while still remaining involved in the day-to-day management of the property.

Fully Managed Lettings

Our fully managed lettings service is 10%. This is designed for landlords who want a more hands-off service and professional support throughout the tenancy.

This can include tenant support, rent collection, property management assistance and general communication throughout the tenancy.

Short Lets

Our short lets service is 21.6%. This service is for landlords who want to let their property on a short-term basis and require a more active management approach.
